The bottom heating element on my built-in oven. I got an appointment with Ralph the same day and he arrived very promptly. The bottom element was indeed bad and needed to be replaced. The oven in question is ancient (probably an antique), and I wasn't sure we could find a replacement, but Ralph did, and the repairs were completed the same day.
