The sensor made a squeaky sound, and then started working It still squeaks a little when it changes into each cycle but it is working now. I am thrilled. I am happy with this washer and so very happy that Ralph got it to working again. Ralph deserves all the stars, in my opinion.

Service man here several times for different problems with range. Biggest problem with oven, he figured out was the board first time. His experience is his greatest asset.
