The repairman was on time, professional and diagnosed our refrigerator problem. Unfortunately, the repair costs were 3/4 the cost of buying a new fridge. So no repairs were necessary.

Technician Vance was very helpful. A part was needed to complete repairs and he was able to suggest a temporary fix while I waited, which was amazing because the heat was overwhelming and I couldn’t afford a hotel for a week until he could return. The wait time for a return appointment is the only complaint I have which wasn’t his fault.
