You can't have someone wait all day for an appointment an then cancel within mins of calling once to Indicate your arrival.

First told it would take a week to get part. When told we try to find another vender to get and repair the technician found the part in his truck and repaired it. Should never have to go without a refrigerator for a week waiting on a fan. I’m not happy choice home warranty. Service procedures.

Jaydip is an exceptionally good service technician. He is one of Sears best! But Jaydip did not make the appointment as he had too many appointments before our job. The appointment window was 1PM-5PM and he was not finished to fix our appliances until after 7:30PM-8PM. Sears is loading their repair technicians with too many jobs per day so repairs on many jobs are not completed within the time window. In the last 2 dozen repair jobs we have had over the last decade or two, only about 10 percent of the jobs have been completed within the appointment window. Also, we had 2 technicians booked for 2 broken appliances - each machine needing hours to fix. If Jaydip had arrived to fix our machines he would have been here until 10PM or 11PM to finish both jobs. The root problem is Sears technician managers over booking their technicians or the appliances are being made poorly.
