★☆☆☆☆ Extremely frustrating experience. On two separate visits, the technician was asked not to park in our driveway so other cars could access the garage, he moved briefly, then parked there again. When he returned days later to work on the microwave again (after shipping the wrong part on 3 different occasions). He mentioned that Sears would then replace the appliance. When asked about the replacement he’d mentioned, he became dismissive and deflected responsibility, acting as if coordination was not his problem or responsibility. It has now been over a month, and Sears or its affiliate has neither fixed the microwave nor provided clear answers on a replacement. Adding to the frustration, the only access to customer service is an unhelpful phone bot with no clear path to a real person. To make matters worse, customers are asked to sign a waiver releasing them from responsibility if they damage your floors. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and unacceptable service.

The service agent left without servicing the equipment. Based on an initial estimate of 3:02 pm we stepped out. We were back by 1:50 pm but I got a message that the service was already completed and got a survey to rate the technician. We did not get a call from the technician when he was close by. There is no number to call either. Calls answered by an AI bot that repeats itself!! No resolution

Showed up three hours outside of the time window with no phone call. There was no way to reach the technician or the company. All I received was an automated recording with no options for information. If you have a lot of time on your hands for someone else to waste this is your company.

The technician Mr. Roman T. Installed the PULLEY-IDR and the BELT in my dryer and when he tested was doing a wrong noise. He said than took him 1 hour and Sears has 1 hour /per house time limit , and he didn’t know what to do to fix the noise! He closed the dryer all misaligned and he said he had to leave!! I firmly disagree and: 1- I asked him to call a senior advisor to learn what to do since he has only 4 years fixing appliances and he refused to call for technical advisers. 2- I asked to call the dispatcher to allow him to stay longer than 1 hour to fix my drier and he refused! 3- I asked the forms to sign since he refused all above requests and he said there was no forms or receipt! 4- I never received my email with the receipt of what was done as always receive from Sears after the technician visit. 5-Terrible technician! Mr. Roman T. shall be trained severely or go work somewhere else, if he does not conform to Sears customer satisfaction !! This is the reason that Sears lost so much business because of technicians as this one. 6- REVIEW update08/20/2025: my husband arrived home 4:15 PM yesterday, and asked why the Sears A& E truck was parked at Sigsbee Dr. , that is 1 block from my house, parked after he left my house in a hurry to go to “ his next job??? Seems very suspicious. 7- Technician before he left, told me that he re-scheduled the same order for today 08/20/25, and when I called the Master Services Agreement line the representative had to OPEN a new order! Short after my call complaining, the original order was closed as completed!! So wrong! 8- Conclusion: the technician left my house with the new belt and pulley installed with noise, this morning I saw the dryer buttons are sinked in, since he didn’t close the dryer panel correct, also today, I opened the dryer and saw the plastic door frame large part inside loose. JUST TO INFORM: I have Sears Master Protection Agreement since 2001, and the Blue Crew and many of new technicians from A&E are excellent, but Sears has to make sure to not permit service calls to be performed like mine was!!

First, each technician was great and did the job(they were 5 stars each) However Sears customer service is almost 100% computer and AI. It is awful. They know nothing and can’t answer anything. It took from June 16 to July 8 to get the needed parts. Their AI never did it correctly. It took my technician to get parts(thankfully their warehouse had it) Customer service can’t call the technician or their office to trouble shoot. Sears is not what they use to be.
