I do NOT recommend using Sears Appliance Repair for any of your appliance repairs. The technician came over, diagnosed the issue and replaced the parts. Even after replacing the part, the issue is not resolved. Since my request was through home warranty, he didn't even write a proper service report that would clarify what needs to be done if the issue still persists. Very lethargic and poor performing in my opinion.

Your A/C technician visited my place this morning, he was in a bad mood and very rude, he entered my with his shoes (shoes covering was not there),he asked me to make the payment to which i said okay let me bring my credit card. In the meantime I asked him to tell me what actions he will take to do the diagnostics........he was not ready to discuss anything.......in fact he started threatening that he will cancel the appointment.....to which I said okay if you are not ready to inform me about your course of actions then it's upto to you to cancel the appointment. and then HE LEFT

The technician was nice and professional. He replaced the vent. He ran the dishwasher and all was good. He left, and the dishwasher began to leak again. Technician was polite and professional, but I still have the same issue, a leaking dishwasher

I have a service schedule this morning 5/19/2025 with work order no. 000810712269917 and the name of the A/C technician is Edwin C. I would like to report all the facts that I and my wife experienced with Edwin. Edwin came to my house while I was at the local store just 5 minutes away. My wife reported to me that Edwin looked unhappy that he had to wait for me for around 5 minutes. When I met Edwin, I just wanted Edwin to educate me for the basic knowledge about my A/C condition. Edwin was laughing without having sincerity and willing to educate me. More likely, Edwin just wanted me to follow him and let him work without asking him or bothering him. I realized that intention in Edwin. Thus, I stopped asking him as Edwin felt that I was bothering him. After Edwin completed diagnosing, I asked Edwin about the result of his diagnosis on my AC and what Edwin will report to the Choice Home Warranty. Again, Edwin was laughing while he was talking to me without having a sincerity and willingness to educate me. At the time I was talking to Edwin, somebody was calling me. However, I did not answer the call because I would like to show Edwin that I respected him for his AC specialty. However, I realized my basic right to be educated by Edwin about the basic knowledge of my AC condition. Edwin ignored me and he left without saying anything to me.

Appointment was set, technician did not notify of showing up late, came 4.5 hrs later, gave me attitude about it and was rude to us, after 3 appointment later I have not gotten my fridge fixed, does not show up with the correct part

Tech came out for dryer repair. Shared with him the error code. He stated the part was fine. Paid over $300. The next day the same error returned. Called someone else. He said the part needed replacement. It was ordered, replaced, and now dryer works. I had to pay the second guy as well. Sears makes it impossible to speak to someone to get a refund. Your AI assistance is useless in this situation.
