Tech was great, once he got here. Sears customer service is terrible. After waiting over the holiday weekend for an A/C technician . No show on Monday, got a text about 2:00 to reschedule. Tuesday no show again another text to reschedule. Two days waisted. Very frustrating could speak to a person. I called several times.
