This repairman knew his stuff! The last repairman failed to follow procedure and opened the front opening washer door with the unit half full of water and got upset when it got on his clothes and shoes. This repairman, from A&E / Sears Appliance Repair tackled the job, cleaned the filter and pump and got everything back on line and we are back in shape. Clean as a whistle and back in place!
