With out Kitchen Aid oven repair everything went well technicians where on point...AI notices where a bit anoying but helpful. Only reason they did not 5 stars is I was not explained That there is Mark up on the on the part you may need example our part cost them $122.16 As per Amazon invoice. I was charge 249 for the part. Double the price. Not cool. Trust means everything to a loyal customer. Hard for future business knowing this kinda practice is ok with With their éthics model.
