Roman did his job as well as he could. My refrigerator will not get below 46 degrees but because it is making ice the lead technician says there is nothing wrong. Kenmore says their refrigerators range is 33 to 46 degrees. I have mine set for 34 but it will not go below 46. The freezer is set at 0 and is 9 degrees. Again, Roman did his job and was professional but my refrigerator still needs repair.

The technician was pleasant and knowledgeable. He fixed our fridge/freezer on the same day. The only reason I’m downgrading stars is due to their field service system. It seems a little buggy. We were given an 11 hour window on a Saturday for our service arrival, and no notice/call/text that the tech was on his way. He just appeared at 8. Additionally, He had to return because he had to get the part from a warehouse (completely acceptable). But, I got a notice the second time that he was on his way but he didn’t actually show up for another 1.25 hours.

Technician got to the house 15 mins earlier which was great. He came to check/repair the freezer on our fridge, he struggled to get the drawer out to check the back of the fridge, it took him a good 20-25 mins to get it done, he was constantly checking diagrams on his phone which makes me think he was not familiar with our Kenmore fridge. While he was doing this all of my frozen goods were out on the counters of my kitchen. After he got the drawer out he asked if he could use our powder room and he was there for another 10 mins aprox. The actual repair took no time but by the time he was done most of the frozen stuff was already thawing, as he was getting ready to leave he told me that because the drawer was open for so long the freezer was not going to reach the optimal temperature for 10-12 hrs!! So I am going to have to throw away/ use all the frozen foods I have in my freezer ☹️ He was very polite, not very talkative but I wish the taking apart the parts would have been faster so my food was still safe to eat. Hopefully the problem is solved and the freezer does not leak water again.

Michael was not very personable. Maybe he was having a bad day? 😔 The 3 is because of him. Troy came 9/15 and he was a 5. Very nice and communicative.
