Started out ok. The technician came out analyzing the freezer. Some history. The fridge was working fine. The freezer was loosing temperature slowly over a period over weeks. Per the technician, the electronic board was faulty and need to be replaced. Total close to $500 for the board and about the same for labor. After 3 weeks I was assured that it was fixed. Short, three days later after running it, the temperature in the freezer did not drop. THE FREEZER IS NOT FIXED. Now I'm trying to get in contact with Sears to get them out again to get it fixed.

Good evening. My refrigerator is still not performing as itl should. It still does not get cold and there is very little air coming from the diffuser vent, which was replaced.

Highly warn not to use this Appliance Repair Service. After a month, the original problem, water dispenser on the LG refrigerator continuously dispensed water like an open faucet. (The Repair Service Technicians told me that the work is guaranteed for 90 days.) I attempted to call for a Technician to come back for a follow-up on his work; however, I will be charged again. I already paid $473.57 for the so call repair. I highly feel like I got robbed. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Difficult to coordinate between Sears and Home Warranty company. Still without a working refrigerator after 1 seek. LG is asking for technician information that was not provided and not easy to find on the Sears website.

Used our washers to fix refrigerator door. Door adjustment cost more than the refrigerator brand new $436!!!! Appt was 8-12. Arrived at 415 pm!!! Tech was great. Sear service is awful. I submitted a detailed explanation of the problem when scheduled. No info was given to tech. SHAME ON YOU SEARS!! Again JAYDIP WAS GREAT THIS WAS NOT HIS FAULT. IT IS SEARS GREEDY REPAIR POLICIES!!!

Refrigerator not cooling, only lights are on . It was the complaint and NO resolution yet. Tech said it’s working and will start cooling soon but it never did start cooling in 14 hours till now. Really disappointed..
