THE. WORST. COMPANY. EVER!!!!!!!! My complaint is similar to others. I have been without a functioning clothes dryer for almost two months. Incompetent technicians came to "service" my dryer who never fixed the problem. An extremely long story short, Sears was supposed to contact my home warranty company so that they can start the process of replacing my dryer. It has been a month now that this was supposed to happen and every. single. time. I call Sears to follow up, I'm starting from scratch. Nothing that they have ever stated they would do have they honored. And it shouldn't be so hard to get in touch with an agent either! You have to trick the automated system just to speak with someone and when you do, it's someone from a foreign country, posing several barriers. Sears reputation has gone to the garbage! I thought highly of this company, but it is terribly obvious they are not concerned about their customers at all. The service I have received from the technicians has been inadequate at best, and the service I have received from the agents has been ridiculously poor! Importantly, I have been without a working clothes dryer for almost two months and there seems to be no end in sight! If you value your well-being, sanity, and money, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! It's not worth it, I'm telling you! This has been the WORST service experience ever and I wouldn't wish Sears for anyone!

Looks like the technician does not know what to do, finish replacing the part and leave, even when I asked him to try the washing machine to check if it is working properly in his presence, he told me to call the company if I have any issue. I still have my washing machine not working properly even after 4 visits and replacing 2 parts.

He was very professional but did not have parts for repair on my ice maker & water supply. Said he would call in for info. I received the parts on 1/25 & notified Choice Home.. I have called every day asking for appointment schedule. All I have gotten that service order will be sent to Sears. Still no repair & information. I have been unable to reach a supervisor or someone to resolve this issue. I am very frustrated with lack of service & information, my claim was started on 1/19/24. This is worst service I have ever had. Will not be renewing my service contract

Said the machine was fixed we put in one load and started doing an exact same thing. It did before not fixed told me he leveled the machine he did not tell me he had to download software he did not very unhappy with his technician very hard to understand part for delivered to me that he did not install. Some Were and some were not

After two weeks still waiting on part to repair my icemaker! Three different appointments - three different repair men. Last one said part had been delivered I explain it has not. Keep calling Choice and they reply give it 24 hours. I paid my deductible $75.00 two and a half weeks ago. Still waiting. Disappointed customer!

My Kenmore washer latch component needed replacement. Sears Customer Service provided me an average cost estimate of $250 for a washer repair, depending on the issue. The tech arrived on time and took 15 minutes to diagnose the issue and switch out the the part. He lingered around for a while afterward and then presented me the bill which was $115 for the part and a whopping $279 for labor, which is outrageous. Another repair company contacted me too late with an estimate of $225 total for the part and labor. To Sear’s credit, they said they will review the charges and possibly issue me a partial refund. If they follow through, I will update this review to show a more positive rating.
