I just completed this review and submitted it CRM a previous request. If this is different than the previous one I submitted, then let me say that Byron was extremely helpful, professional, courteous, and completed the installation of my dryer hose vent without a problem. He even put my dryer back to exactly where it was before the repair work was done. Byron is an excellent representative for Sears, and I hope he receives acknowledgement for being a great employee.
