Mario(serviceman) was very knowledgeable and efficient
Mario came on time and went right to work getting washer apart and finding the water leaking issue. Unfortunately after he checked on the parts needed, there were none available. My great Kenmore by RCA Whirlpool no longer had any parts. 😞
