Vic performed a total satisfactory service call. He was prompt, kept us appraised of his arrival, worked consciously to resolve the washer's issue, kept us informed as he worked through the issue, gave advice on how to keep from duplicating this issue as well as other issues with this model machine. I wholeheartedly recommend Vic and would use him in the future if I could. Solid guy!
