Robert (0838409) was awesome. He took the time to analyze the problem, ordered additional parts that he thought possibly would be needed so he could fix my dishwasher on the next visit. He explained what he was doing and made sure that I was there when he ran the test. Although the product ordering, scheduling and rescheduling through the website and chat is absolutely crazy, Robert was a good representative of customer service.
