Kenneth was fantastic in spite of the manufacturer not giving out part numbers for my fridge. He tried everything he could. He was here multiple times even up to two hours and I could tell he was doing his absolute best despite the runaround he has to deal with from the other end. Because they didn't give him part numbers needed, after trying so many things, my fridge is supposed to get replaced. Kenneth was professional, easy to understand and made sure I knew what was going on. I'm disappointed to be without my fridge but it definitely had nothing to do with this great technician and is definitely the fault of the manufacturer.
