Wrong tech did not like Kenneth. Rick was superb. Rick came 1st time and found out what was wrong with microwave. Ordered both parts only one part came. Kenneth came and did nothing said he would order part again. He Could not do anything without a helper. Would have to have a helper. Rick came 3rd time and finished the job. Without a helper. Rick Was fantastic.
