Kenneth was very nice very polite. Very careful. He was very quiet. Did his work diligently not quite sure whether or not the job is complete when he left he stated that he could not hear the motor running and that it just may take time for it to gear up and get ready, so I'm just standing by

While testing without load, washer worked. After repairman left, I washed a load of "causal wash" clothing and the washer did the same thing again as before repair. Did not drain or spin

While I appreciate the tech's efforts to clarify Sears position on the repair of my dishwasher, his statement was not entirely accurate as to what actually occurred. The screws were out as a result of a different tech's visit in February. (It was a gradual loosening until both screws apparently fell into my dishwasher. ) Therefore, I was stunned to hear him say that the repair was not covered if he had to find/buy the screws. He did find the screws, and hopefully my dishwasher will clean now. Thus, our conversation was more contentious than it should have been, and I am sorry for my part in that—-which brings me to another matter. When I asked to have his supervisor call me re the billing, he said he did not have one. How do customers get issues resolved/discussed? For example, the previous day is when I expected a tech based on my original phone call and appointment I made regarding the problem. Both times that I have called the appointment number the person answering is heavily accented and obviously English is not her first language. The first appointment I made was not noted so no tech showed the day I expected him, which was a totally wasted day for me as I do have a job. When I followed up that day by calling the appointment number line again, another English-is-not-my-first-language person answered and she had comprehension issues. She ignored my repeated requests for someone who had a better command of English. She absolutely ignored my requests—-maybe she doesn't have a supervisor either. However, I did get the appointment the next day. Prior to calling the appointment line though, I called a number that only gave me AI. That was useless. I've been a longtime Sears customer and I hate to see a once respected company come to this. Reading my warranty agreement has been an education. The tone of that agreement is so anti-consumer that I would cancel it if it were not for the threat of harsh penalties. Please consider my complaints.

I was given an 1.5 hours notice that I had to be at a house between 10:00 & 2:00. I had him if he could give me an hour notice because it was a 45 minute drive and I could not wait for 4 hours just for him. He said no so I cancelled the service. I am a custom home builder and I receive delivery notices all the time from vendors via text with updates on when they will be arriving at a job. It is not this hard to be better at communication in the day and age. Need to do better
