Rick called the morning of my appointment to give me an update on a tentative time of arrival. He was very prompt, courteous, and introduced himself as our technician working for Sears. He gave honest answers to all of my questions without hesitation. He went out of his way to give a fair and honest resolution for the four appliances that had been damaged. He did not hesitate to check with his manager to see if any updates for the Home warranty program were in place. Again, Rick did not try to hide any information pertaining to repairs or cost for repair's. He showed only true professionalism. As a previous business owner myself, Rick would be a great asset to any company.
