He was great but unfortunately the microwave could not be fixed. Your website did not state the cost for service calls, and I was surprised that it was as high as it was plus, I was still charged even though it could not be fixed. I was hoping for a discounted price

Shawn was great, highly knowledgeable and professional. Respectful of my time by calling and letting me know when he would approximately be at my house. Explain what was and wasn't covered under warranty, he was great but American Home Shield doesn't cover everything like they say they do so that was a bit frustrating but by no means the fault of the technician.

Kevin has been to my home several times. He is very good and does his best to get the job done right. Its the rescheduling I had an issue with. Because of a brake down I got pushed to the back of the scheduling line. There needs to be a better system than this. I had to wait 5 weeks to finally get my dishwasher fixed.
