As usual Shawn did a great job today. He explained what was wrong with the replacement ice maker. He had a new one on his truck and installed it. We're making ice now. Fantastic employee!!

The icemaker for my refrigerator was put on back order so my first appointment to have it installed was also delayed. When the part arrived I could not work thru your bots either on line or on the phone. I finally used chat on line to notify you and a new appointment was scheduled. But I got text messages saying I had not confirmed the appointment and was in danger of being cancelled. Thankfully it wasn't but when Shawn arrived he said the part was still showing delayed on his records. But once Shawn got to work installing the ice maker everything went smoothly. Shawn has done other work for me before. He's has great people skills, is very knowledgeable and is an excellent representative for Sears Home Services.

He was great but unfortunately the microwave could not be fixed. Your website did not state the cost for service calls, and I was surprised that it was as high as it was plus, I was still charged even though it could not be fixed. I was hoping for a discounted price
