Excellent Service
Was very prompt in determining what my dishwasher needed. Very polite and concerned about my issues. He happened to notice my washing machine had something amiss with the agitator just by walking by and seeing how it looked, corrected that issue. Highly recommend.

Rick is a great rep of yours he has excellent customer service. On the other hand the first man you send was rude to myself and the person at my house when he arrived. He refuse to fix my issue of my locked washer because my clothes where inside, Wow that been the same reason I called for service. If I ever need you again I refuse to have him back in my house. But on the good side Rick did an fantastic job.

Sean B. Was our service technician and he was punctual, knowledgeable, informed us of everything he was looking for to diagnose the problem. Found the problem quickly and got the part ordered on the spot. Explained everything about the procedure that would be followed that the part would come to him, and then he would set up an appointment. He did exactly that. Notified us when he was going to be able to do it. It was right on the day that he said it would be. Great experience, he did everything he could possibly do to get the refrigerator back up and going? Would definitely recommend this service and would use it again.
