dedicated, searched for solution
Kenneth gave appropriate notice before arrival. We had a squeaking sound in our washing machine...He spent a good amount of time trying to reproduce the problem, and was not able to do so. He contacted a more senior technician, and informed us that this is not an uncommon sound, and may not be a problem, even though it was not making the sound for about 2 years before. I found him polite and dedicated in how he served our needs.
