Kenneth had my refrigerator diagnosed and the parts ordered very quickly! I was super happy that he came back to do the repair once the offending fan motor showed up, because he had it installed in fewer than 20 minutes. He's fast, honest, and a cool dude, to boot. I'm super happy with the work he did.

The service provided was great, but your policies are not customer friendly. I actually had two calls, to repair a washer for which the part had been ordered and received. Rick repaired the washer quickly and effectively. I also had a built-in refrigerator that was not cooling. He said the policy was not to remove the trim kit, because they could not be responsible for any damage that might result to the surrounding cabinets. He even called his supervisor to confirm this. I'm 74 years old with several health issue but was able to remove enough of the trim kit to allow access to diagnose the problem and get parts ordered. I have subsequently removed the entire trim kit and support braces that hold the refrigerator and freezer together. My question is, if I had been an 87 year old female widow like a friend of mine, would I have still had to remove the trim kit myself or would the warranty company pay a second vendor to remove it and then reinstall it once the repair is completed.
