He was very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained the problem and offered advise on how to prolong my washer. He had the part and fixed the washer in a couple of hours.

Eric was the technician and he was, and always has been, very professional. I totally appreciate his efforts to help me get my washer repaired....since October 2023, mind you! He is very thorough. The only real complaint that I have is with Sears. This company is unbelievable. Customer service is HORRIBLE. No one....NO ONE CARES about the issue even with my Service Agreement in tact. So, Sears and I are over.
