Eric was the technician and he was, and always has been, very professional. I totally appreciate his efforts to help me get my washer repaired....since October 2023, mind you! He is very thorough. The only real complaint that I have is with Sears. This company is unbelievable. Customer service is HORRIBLE. No one....NO ONE CARES about the issue even with my Service Agreement in tact. So, Sears and I are over.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! You’ve been warned. They will no show and not call you. Then they forge your signature and charge you. Everything is AI and it’s garbage. The AI text will straight up lie to you. The phone number is just an AI that’s useless. Do yourself a favor and Google sears repair. There’s Facebook groups and reddits with thousands of people saying the same things. Read the reviews here too. Heck even the reviews on here are just automated AI replies.
