Technician was top notch. Quick, knowledgeable, and courteous. I couldn’t submit more information like model number and serial number on your initial email because it wouldn’t accept them. That’s why I didn’t give 5 stars.

Repair Man did a diagnostic on our washer, reset everything, ran it without putting any clothes in it, and told us nothing was wrong. I asked him if he would run a load with something in it and he said no he didn’t have time. He wasn’t very accommodating nor was he very polite. My washer is not fixed, it still has the same problem that it did before he came and he charged us.

The absolute worst company ever. Can't talk to a real person. I've made 3 appointments and each time I get cancelled with no explanation no calls, nothing. If zero was on here I would probably asked for a negative zero.

They came to my house and was in there no more then 5 minutes to tell me what I already knew was broken. Quoted me the price for the repair 700 something dollars just to replace circuit board. Which is pretty much the price for a new washer. On top of that I had to pay the 129 dollars for the 5 minutes he was here.
