Ralph was very professional explaining everything to me about the job my washer will be needing and was helpful in trying to help me safe money per applying for warranty thanks to Ralph my machine is like new.

Pilar did a great job fixing both our washer & dryer. There was even a part that was not used and he let me keep it just in case I need it in the future. I will say that A&E repair service in general is terrible to deal with. You can never talk to you a real person and if there's any issue with your scheduling. Pilar fixed both my washer and dryer, but it took three weekends before he could come out and fix both jobs at the same time due to A&E scheduling system. If I did not have this warranty, I would never use this company. Pilar, you should go work for yourself & contract through A&E to fix repairs you need to fill your schedule with. You were wonderful to work with and communicated well.

He was there early today as opposed to the last 3 times either not showing up, extremely late(2 hours) and no on site inspection which could have been done in mid June to know up front the repairs could not be done. Poor poor quality from Sears. They used to so much better.
