This was the 3rd visit for a repair that I thought was a non working burner. 1st visit was a misunderstanding between my insurance company and your company's AI. 1st visit was schedule for a pay for service. Jessie came and realized that I had insurance, since it wasn't a pay service he couldn't provide service and I had to reschedule. I did and another technician came analyzed problem it was determined that it was a circuit board. A week later, the part arrived and Jessie came and fix the problem. Thank you.
