We called Maytag a week ago and they set us up with a service company called OC Appliance Repair and service date was confirmed. On the date of service we received a text from OC Appliance stating that our appointment was rescheduled for a different day. Later we received another text stating once again that our appointment was rescheduled once again with yet another different date. When I tried to contacting them no answer or text. Got tired and frustrated and so I called Sears and within a couple of hours they showed up and repaired our washer. Alberto was awesome and recommended their home warranty and I was immediately impressed with what it covered so I purchased it. Awesome job Alberto and Sears for your outstanding service. I highly recommend them.
