The technician was very nice although Sears Home Service miscommunicated with his company. I needed a Dishwasher installed but the company Sears sent does not install. When I try to reschedule I can't get a real person to talk to. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing process that started last July . I have always trusted the Sears name for quality and service. I hope this rating does not reflect on the technician. He was very nice and helped me find the phone # I should call. Which turned out to be another recorded message.
