Don’t use AI to make your appointment, always insist on talking to a human. I made 2 separate appointments & AI made them both for the wrong appliance.

Technicians were great once they were able to do their job. Same recall issue and I was charged an additional service fee. The automated system is awful. No direct number to live agent to explain topics that are not multiple choice. Did a chat 2 times. Was told they would get back to me asap. I received 3 of the same part. Sear overall is terrible. AI has crippled your technicians.
