My problem isn’t with the job, the guys completed the work and were very helpful, it’s with the customer service. The customer service is all AI, no live human can be reached! If you ask to speak to a human it’ll offer you $30 off your service. I had to place 3 calls over the course of a month just to get 1 repair done. The first guy came and did a diagnostic, and because I was using a warranty, and the warranty company needed to verify before approving the fix he had to leave, and once the guy close out a ticket it can’t be reopened. I had to call in and place a new ticket, just to get an AI that could not link my 2 visits together. I had to call the guy who came out and he had to call his manager a few times just to find a way to get my dishwasher part ordered! It was a mess, if it wasn’t all AI I would have given them a higher rating.

Technician never completed diagnostic test. The washer machine was never checked and I did not receive a copy of the technician report that I paid for.

Not a good service. Machine is still making the same noise. Repairman did not fix anything and basically told me I would have to deal with the noise since the machine is still working fine.

We were quoted $99 for the diagnostic fee, which was noted on our appointment page. The technician refused to honor it even after I showed him that and stated the diagnostic fee was $139. He left and cancelled the appointment.

The Sears repair representative did not show up today, so no repairs were made. 12/6/2024 5:30 pm.

We will never call Sears repair again. The repairman was less than communicative, and very unfriendly, never saw him smile. He arrived an hour after 5pm, the supposed time their service ends, he had to order parts and scheduled service almost 2 weeks away... the parts arrived to our house in 2 days. I moved the repair date up. The only window they give you is 8-5, horrible for working people. He never showed up. The entire period of this waiting and repair does not allow for a simple phone conversation. I could not call anyone to ask where the repairman was, only automated voices on the phone. It says the issues did not arrive yet when they had been sitting on my table for 4 days already. I rescheduled again and he finally showed, grumpy, late (around 6pm again). He hardly spoke. I gave 2 stars for only the fact he did come back and fixed the frig. Horrible communication, no intercommunication within the company to know what's going on, never arrived on time, no smaller flexible repair time windows, consistently unfriendly, poor customer service, and all this cost us nearly $800, $500 of it for the labor!! He didn't total more than an hour in the house for both visits combined, and didn't show up the other time!!!! Never calling Sears again for repairs!!! UPDATE: They replied below and on messenger saying they'd look into it. It's been a week and total silence from them. They just can't help themselves. UPDATE: I dropped it to one star. They never reached out as they said they would and after a couple of months I asked about it on messenger and all I got was "you don't get a refund" - I didn't ask for a full one d just asked to be heard but no human contract called us or even listen. Never again with Sears. They are so far away from what they were for so many decades. Avoid them at all cost

When I scheduled for a repairman I told the representative that I had a small leak in the hose that lead up to my ice maker on my refrigerator. She took that info and said someone would be out Monday to fix it. The repair man came and said he would not fix the hose but you still have to pay the service fee. So I had to pay it even though I made it clear what the issue I was having when I made this appointment. Had to pay again for someone else to come repair the pin hole leak in the hose. So pretty much I just got taken for $138 would give no stars if that was an option

No one knocked and now they're apparently gone, because I received this review.

Not very happy

Technician was rude to my wife didn’t fix a thing, and got even ruder when she asked him a question. Darrel H. is useless. If they schedule him for your repair, cancel and demand anyone else.
