Tech was great. He was prompt, nice, did quick work and fixed my washer the same day!

He was very communicative about his status and when he would arrive throughout the day as he told us he was his last stop. He performed the job quickly and efficiently and tested the dryer to make sure the part took care of the error as best he could before he left.

It was fast and easy thru all steps of the service needed. The technician was knowlegeable.

The tech didn’t say much. He did complete the work in a timely manner. However he was here to replace the water valve which did fix that problem. He replaced a fan that blows air from the freezer to the ice maker The ice maker is on but not making ice. The lights he replaced did not fix that issue either. I’m not happy about this service call as only one out of three issues was repaired. I will be contacting customer service tomorrow.

Servicemen were clean and polite. However, I do not feel they fixed my problem.

I give your technician 5 stars for the work he performed and his professionalism while doing the job. The reason for only 3 stars is because you charged almost $8oo an hour for 30 minutes of work. If I add the other tech that troubleshot the issue it does drop to only $400 an hour which is very high in my opinion. I understand I did not account for travel but still very high rates for installing a $59 part.

The service guy doesn’t know how to talk to a customer other that everything was ok!
