David is the only person who has shown up consistently. Every other repair person would say they were stops away and then never came and didn’t update until 5-7pm.

The technician was courteous and professional. The Parts are too expensive to have it fixed so I’m gonna have to resort to buying another washer. More than anything I’m disappointed in the Maytag washer. It’s rusting. It’s only four years old. It’s resting and it’s costing almost as much to fix it as another washer would cost. I have no complaints about the technician that came out
