Over the top service
Tony was amazing! He explained the problems with my country house fridge (may it rest in peace) and then walked me through how to diagnose my home fridge problem, what type of new appliance to purchase and where and why. And if that wasn't enough, he took the time to diagnose the problem with an old trash compactor! He's the kind of professional that is so passionate and knowledgeable and helpful, your whole day is better for meeting him! Wow is all I can say!!!!

David was great.
David was the tech on the 3rd appointment for a simple part exchange. 1st appointment was a no call no show (Gary S) he finally called me at 7:30 to tell me it would be another week before he could "fit me in". Second visit was Gary S. Again, showing up hours after the eta on the website. Ordered part. Said it would be another week. LUCKILY David was the tech on my last visit, he was kind, right on time, was very quick and tidy with his workspace. Showed me the defective part and what had caused the issue. I appreciated his professionalism and transparency! Our fridge is fixed! Thanks again David!
