Technician did a great job so far, identified the problem, replaced the part, and explained what happened; wonderful... Now, The process Sears uses when scheduling an appointment could use some work. They expect a person to miss a whole day of work and wait on their technician. Now certainly there can be some adjustments made to wear a person doesn't have to miss a whole day. For instance I sit here all day was asked to wait from 8:00 to 5:00 and it was after 6:00 before he got here. Now he had a busy day, understandable, but there's no reason why I couldn't have been contacted when he got to, I don't know, the person before the person before me or even the appointment before me. Then I could have met him back here at the house by time he would have finished his last job we probably would have been getting here around the same time. The tech he gets 5 stars, Sears you get 2. And one of those is only because you did a decent hiring job.
