I would love to say that Tony was very knowledgeable. He is very courteous as well. He gave me the information regarding home warranties and let me decide which I wanted to do. He did a thorough test on my refrigerator and was able to diagnose the problem fast and efficiently. If I ever need a technician again I hope he comes to help. Thank you Tony

We were impressed by his professionalism and he was thorough, took his time and started at the very beginning. He was the first one to be able to stay for a full wash cycle. He was able to see all the issues with our washer. He made all the corrections and recalibrations. He recognized that a recently replaced part was bad replaced it then ran another cycle to make sure the problem was resolved. We would give Sergio a A+ recommendation.
