Tony was an amazing technician! He was very knowledgeable of the problem with my appliance and able to fix it in a timely manner without issues, gave ample notice to his arrival, and extremely courteous throughout his service time. I would highly recommend him to anyone for repairs!!

Robert F removed the parts he needed to so he could diagnose the problem. He found that a suspension spring had popped off in transit! I'm happy it wasn't something worse. He was respectful and kept me informed about what he was doing and about what needed to be done. He also left contact information for Sears Home Services. Will contact them to make the repair.

I had an outstanding experience with Sears technician Richard M. From the moment he arrived, his professionalism and expertise were clear. He took his time to thoroughly explain the technical issue with my appliance in a way that was easy to understand, and he made sure every part of the job was done correctly and with care. What really stood out was how far he went to support me. Richard even helped guide me through filing my claim with my warranty provider. That level of service is rare these days. It’s easy to tell he has many years of experience, and he brings both skill and patience to his work. If you’re looking for a company with a technician who is knowledgeable, respectful, and truly committed to doing the job right, Richard M. is the one you want. Highly recommended!

Both Gary and Richard were excellent techs, friendly, thorough and tidy. Big negative was the replacement part was $35 online, but Sears charged $87 to order for repair installation.
