Tech wouldn’t look at the water inlet on my machine. It was only getting hot water in. He said he was not allowed to pull it out. How can you repair a washer without moving it? He said without looking at it that the water lines were swapped. This machine was put in place 9 years ago and never moved. The water lines cannot swap themselves. So no repairs were made with the short time he was here and his attitude was very unprofessional. He talked down to me and made me feel like a stupid idiot. So with only running the water a short time his diagnosis that he made without seeing my machine was final. He left about a cup and a half of water on top of my machine as well. And he was over 2 hours late from when I received a text that he was on the way

Repairman could only tell me what the problem is and couldn't repair it. So I have paid for 2 service apps this Month and still have the leaking dishwasher.

The tech guy was amazing, very friendly,polite. My issues are with the company. Tried to schedule a service appointment online and it was impossible. Would not work. Had to call and schedule an appointment. Note: I took a day off Work when the scheduled service was set. No one showed up 1st time. I waited all day until 5pm no show,no call,no email.Trying to get in contact with a real person on the phone is absolutely ridiculous! When I called it says they could not find my scheduled service with my phone number I provided. Super upset at this point. Called GE monday and got another appointment scheduled. Had To take off another day at work. Tech guy didn’t receive part he had ordered. Then had to reschedule again. I had to take another day off work to be here.. I honestly probably will never buy a GE appliance again after dealing with horrible customer service.5 stars for my Tech guy. I’m giving the company a 1 star

Very disappointed with the service. The technician didn’t perform any proper diagnostics on my washing machine and left without identifying the issue. I ended up having to fix the problem myself. I paid for a visit that provided no real help. I wouldn’t recommend this service based on my experience.

How can I rate the tech when he NEVER CAME BY!! I called Sears multiple times today and tried to called the tech multiple times as well to no avail. I have cameras at my house to prove her never came by but he sent in estimates to Sears for his “work” and even noted on one that we refused the estimate. How can we refuse if he never came by? And on the others he SIGNED OUR NAMES!! That’s fraud! His name is Richard M. Won’t let me give zero stars.

Technician closed out the ticket with "refuse to service." This is after 3-4 "reschedules". We have been having this issue for 8 weeks with not one Technician even showing up!!! Sure wished 0* was an option. They have taken multiple $100 fees for showing up out of my bank plus the monthly service i pay for.... so bang for your buck.... ROBBED! I WONDER IF ITS BECAUSE I AM 66 YEARS OLD?!?

Extremely over priced. Tech told me it would cost over $300 for part and over $300 for repairs. I found the part for $31 and found another service to repair for less than half of what Sears was going to. Will never use this service again or recommend it to anyone.

AI based scheduling and communication only from start to now. No one will return calls to us. Scheduled repairs extended an additional week with no explanation or person available to discuss with. Needless to say, we are unpleased.

Technician was good but service was unacceptable took 2 weeks to fix refrigerator I had parts for a week took 2 weeks for them to send technician I have the Home Depot warranty on all my appliances that I’ve purchased through them but I had to find appliance technicians I had to pay nearly$700 for repair and still haven’t been reimbursed my money not very happy!!!

No problem with the technician. Communication is horrible. You talk to a human being after a few calls and then they send a text saying they will done between 7 and 6. Appointments are a time and place Sears. The worst Communication ever
