Ricky did a great job, but the repair as a whole was problematic. We had to schedule the repair multiple times b/c it would get scheduled and no one would show. One tech showed on a day we didn’t know there was a appt and before the part arrived. The repair as a whole was disorganized and took a month. We’ve never had this experience with Sears before. I hope it’s not the new normal.

On the visit, The technician asked my wife the same questions as he asked me over the phone. He already knew our answers. He did no diagnositc work. He did not move the frig. The visit was a sham.

Extremely over priced. Tech told me it would cost over $300 for part and over $300 for repairs. I found the part for $31 and found another service to repair for less than half of what Sears was going to. Will never use this service again or recommend it to anyone.

AI based scheduling and communication only from start to now. No one will return calls to us. Scheduled repairs extended an additional week with no explanation or person available to discuss with. Needless to say, we are unpleased.

Technician was good but service was unacceptable took 2 weeks to fix refrigerator I had parts for a week took 2 weeks for them to send technician I have the Home Depot warranty on all my appliances that I’ve purchased through them but I had to find appliance technicians I had to pay nearly$700 for repair and still haven’t been reimbursed my money not very happy!!!

No problem with the technician. Communication is horrible. You talk to a human being after a few calls and then they send a text saying they will done between 7 and 6. Appointments are a time and place Sears. The worst Communication ever

Documents infestation had another sears technician out and that’s not what happened at all. The pipes were eroded and leaking the Freon. Which is not due to my fault and you are claiming you won’t cover that under warranty.

If you can avoid Sears appliance repair. After talking to five different people and watching my repairman drive past my house twice only to find out that they said that it was already done. Now I've been on the phone for 40 minutes and have gotten nowhere.
