Alberto was amazing. He was on time, listened to what I explained on the issue with my oven, he looked at it tested it and new exactly what the issue was, told me that the last company I used did not change the part that I mentioned was changed, he changed it and was done differently than the last company did, it was fixed within about 30 minutes! I was very impressed and extremely satisfied! Will definitely call Sears again for any appliance repairs, he was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable! Thank you! 😊
