It was the worst service experience I've ever had. First, after waiting six weeks for them to come, the supposed technician arrived, replaced the parts that were supposedly the problem, and told us it was fixed. My wife asked him to test it, but he rudely refused and quickly left our house. When we turned it on to check, it still wasn't working, now we have to wait until next week, completely des appointed!!!!

My appointment kept getting moved further and further, I was without my washer for exactly one month. The appointment they quote you will probably not be the correct date. Expect delays!

Following the initial LATE visit at 8pm (once rescheduled already), the technician said he'd be back in one week. There have been 3 subsequent last minute cancellations and reschedules without so much as a courtesy call nor even always getting the courtesy to reschedule. Not a single real person to speak to all AI. Quick to charge, slow to provide any type of service. After going through 4 cancellations in 2 weeks, I can not recommend this junk service to anyone. You bet I will be doing a charge back to my credit card. A shame since the technician seemed nice. Funny enough you have the audacity to provide a number to "solve the issue" without any other option but cancel or reschedule via an automated system. What a joke

I wasn't even at home when tech showed up, there was no proper communication on re-scheduled date by Sears. Tech marked issue as checked and completed when he just came, rang the bell and left. Tech got paid for free by LG warranty.
