Johnathan was the best. Thank you for sending him to work on my refrigerator!!! !!!!!Great Job !!!!!! It’s great to have insurance like First American I pay $67.00 a month and $100.00 service call and yola they come and diagnose, order parts and return to fix it. I pay that much because I have a second refrigerator it’s in my garage. Thank You Johnathan!!!!God Continue to Bless You.

Technician was very great. Very knowledgeable, efficient and great customer service! 3 stars for Sears - Not happy with Sears scheduling and cancelling 2 previous appointments and not being able to speak with a live person. AI assistant was the only option available. Very frustrating to say the least.
