Technician Omar kept in touch with me as to what time he would arrive at my home and he was very polite and courteous also…. He installed the parts that were ordered by the previous technician and got the freezer going in no time …. Told me if l had any problems with the freezer within a month or even sooner to call my Home Warranty Service so they can send them back to check out the problem and resolve any issue the freezer might have ; but Overall a Great experience with Sears A&E Service and their technician…. Garage A/C
The tech was very courteous and knowledgeable. The unit worked that day, but today(one day after the repair) the unit worked great for the first two hours, but now the temp is 86 degrees and rising. I turned the unit off and waited 10 minutes and restarted the unit. The temp is holding at 84 degrees. I have reviewed all docs provided by Sears Home Services. The only contact number listed is for A&E services, I have no idea who they are. Who is going to fix my unit?
