I am giving are customer Rep Hildalgo 5 stars. He has done a very great job, but when it comes to calling for service and having to go through 3 companies to finally get the service that we need and having to be rescheduled over, over and over again is very disappointing. When he arrived on the May 23 2024 he told us what was needed and he ordered the part for us and it came in the next day. We called to find out when he will be out because he did state that they would be in touch with us in a couple of days and nobody called. Then we got scheduled for May 30 and There was a no show. Finally got ahold of assurant who sent us to Sears, who rescheduled us for June 7th and then rescheduled us again for June 11th. This was a horrible process. After I spoke with the representative at assurant , she assured that she would advise sears of our vacation time from June 1st to the 15th and someone would be out on June 7th but we never saw anything and had to cancel our plans. We only wish communication between these three companies and Lowes was smoothly done And i'm praying that this does not happen again.
