Carlos is great at what he does he does. He’s courteous and kind and he knows what he’s doing. Very few technicians know what it takes to be an appliance repair person, and Carlos is one of them. Sears has a great person working for the company!! Thank you Carlos for all you do!!

AC / Heat issue. Diagnosed system inside & outside. Cked thermostat. Found issue to be mis-match system wiring. Corrected that, cked system again to ensure AC/Heater working. Very pleased with service.
