I loved the service because it was fast! They came & we were at a Dr's appointment & the technician was kind enough to wait for us! Then after he checked the appliance, ordered the part & came back 2 days later & fixed it. Pretty fast! Very satisfied!

Adam was knowledgeable and worked to change out the part that was causing the problem. He was pleasant and honest about all steps and procedures. On a side note, the first tech that came out diagnosed wrong part that needed to be replaced and had a terrible attitude. Three scheduled visits were randomly cancelled after me clearing my time for the tech scheduled from 8-5 for the scheduled day (that’s the appointment window)
