As the rating of the technician , great, but the service reliability, 1, if not lower , we had our washer broken twice and in the 1st time appointments for installation of parts were canceled 4 times.before the technician came and noticed that he needed more parts to be replaced, bottom line our time without a washer being fixed was more thN about two months, too many cancelations for the installation of the parts. The parts would arrive within days, but the technician to come was extremely lengthy. As I said the technician that has installed the parts the two times is a very efficient, respectful, and very professional. The service from the scheduling and canceling is really poor.
