Used because AHS is our agreement and is with Sears repair service. Our technician was Juan L. Did a very good job and was knowldegeable about how to go about replacing the part ordered. One problem was how long it took to get replacement part--more than 6 weeks.

A neighbor was at home for repair since we’ve scheduled it so many times and been cancelled we couldn’t work around the time. I think all parts were used but he didn’t leave an invoice or an email saying what exactly was done. But, it’s working for now!
