Mark was wonderful explain everything he was doing and was very nice. YourAI has a lot to be desired. I told it 5 times my address and I also spelled it and gave the wrong address get real people to talk too

Muhammad arrived at the scheduled time that he had told me. He is very respectful and knowledgeable. He listened to me explaining the issue we were experiencing with our A/C and then conducted his inspection of the A/C unit. He explained what the problem was and how to resolve it. He took care of dealing with our home warranty company to get the authorization and was able to fix our A/C on his 1st visit. I would highly recommend using Sears and Muhammad. Thank Y'all
